  • Schedule predictions and comment....

    7 of the first 8 on the road and all of those, save for WIU, are good-to-very good teams. The pressure is really going to be on to win games such as Denver, Cal Poly, CMU and if they don't win all of those games we could be in trouble. Hopefully the tough non-con schedule benefits us when conference rolls around. Just like football, I don't think the schedule needs to be this tough....

    @Wyoming L (0-1)
    nPurdue (@St Thomas) L (0-2)
    nBC or St Joseph (@St Thomas) (L 0-3)
    nDePaul/UNI/Tennessee/ECU (@St Thomas) (L 0-4)
    Denver W (1-4)
    @IUPUI L (1-5, 0-1)
    @WIU W (2-5, 1-1)
    @Nevada L (2-6)
    Cal Poly W (3-6)
    Central Michigan W (4-6)
    @Minnesota L (4-7)
    ORU L (4-8, 1-2)
    Centenary W (5-8, 2-2)
    @UMKC W (6-8, 3-2)
    @SUU W (7-8, 4-2)
    @NDSU L (7-9, 4-3)
    IPFW W (8-9, 5-3)
    Oakland L (8-10, 5-4)
    @Centenary W (9-10, 6-4)
    @ORU L (9-11, 6-5)
    SUU W (10-11, 7-5)
    UMKC W (11-11, 8-5)
    NDSU W (12-11, 9-5)
    @Oakland L (12-12, 9-6)
    @IPFW L (12-13, 9-7)
    WIU W (13-13, 10-7)
    IUPUI W (14-13, 11-7)

    I guess I would be happy w/ 14-13 and 11-7 in conference, which would be good for 3rd or 4th place

    I can live with that. Better than the results from the past couple years. Above .500 and winning conference record. Just as long as improvement is being made.

        A win at Wyoming would be a great win. I'm thinking we have a better shot to beat ECU in St. Thomas if and when we play them on day three.
