I have a feeling turnovers won't be as big of problem in the upcoming season because Coach Nagy will have the depth to replace someone who isn't taking care of the ball, unlike the last 5 years where he didn't always have that option due to the disparity in talent/skill between the starter and the backup. The competition for minutes will push these kids during the off season and the season and is the reason I think this team will at least finish in the top 3 in the conference.

Anybody else have a curiosity of what Dwight Pederson can bring to the team. He appears to have some toughness which is something we have lacked in the paint. I don't care if he scores a point, but if can come in and help Cordova pull down some rebounds and provide some intimidation underneath that would be huge for this team. I also am anxious to see what James Rader might add. Lots of competition for playing time for the first time in the DI era between the veteran upperclassman and the new players. My guess Wolters earns immediate playing time at the point.

Pederson I think will be similar to what Yackley brought to the team.... tough guy, good defender, always fighting for rebounds, hits a 3 here and there..... one of those guys if you look at the box score you wouldn't think much but a guy who does a lot of the little things right that don't show up in the box score....
