Brumagin May Return This Weekend
Senior Dane Brumagin may return to the hardwood for the Kangaroos this weekend, as the forward is set to play his final two home games at Municipal Auditorium. Brumagin, who did not make the trip to the Dakotas last weekend to stay at home and rest his sore Achilles, is just four games shy of breaking the UMKC school record for career games played. Brumagin has sat out three-of-the-last four games, and he saw limited action at Southern Utah on Feb. 7.
Best-case scenario for Jacks this weekend:
Tonight:
UMKC (2-12) beats Centenary at home(5-9)
ORU beats SUU (7-7) on the road
IUPUI (7-8) beats IPFW (5-9) at home
Oakland beats WIU (6-9) on the road
Then, on Saturday:
WIU beats IPFFW at home, leaving the two teams potentially with 10 and 11 losses, respectively
WIU would then face IUPUI at home the last game.
IPFW would have Mizzou KC and SUU left at home the last weekend.
SUU beats Centenary at home, giving Centenary 10 or 11 losses, depending on what happens tonight.
NDSU then could take back the favor it gave away with SUU by giving Centenary its 11th or 12th loss on Feb. 26..
