It was in the Fargo paper, don't have a link. Example they gave was a guy who voluntarily agreed to go in a hotel to have the test done, and yes, he was charged with DUI

An update for clarification: Just heard on the radio the spokesman from the Fargo PD, and it is the field sobriety tests they are not able to do (shivering may make you lose your balance) and it was an AP story from Fargo that I saw.

No more thread drift.

I would love to go tonight to the game since i only live a couple hours from KC. But there is no heat in my car at the moment, so I will listening to WNAX. Yes, I get WNAX all the way down in south east corner of Nebraska.

If I could get away tonight, I'd swing through and pick you up on my way. My heater works fine - at least it did this morning.

I know it is thread drift, but just heard that it was too cold in Fargo the past couple of nights to give breathalyzer tests to DUI suspects. And it was colder in Aberdeen than Fargo last night.

Thread drift or not, is this true?

No excuses! Get a couple cans of Sterno and some matches,....

I will cut him some slack on this one since he has not heat in the car. Yikes that has to be cold! Today is the coldest day in Lawrence/KC since I moved here a couple years ago. It feels like a winter day in SD almost. (Absent the 10 feet of snow and howling winds.) The mild winters have obviously made me soft.
