Man turnovers are killing us.

Really a pretty good half for the Jacks except the TO's. We are out rebounding them. Sargent is the man for sure. Its too bad we don't have someone reliable at the point. Palarca is quick but often out-of-control. He can play great defense and make some great passes. He isn't a very good shooter. Casey isn't DI quick, doesn't shoot well, doesn't penetrate well, but doesn't make quite as many risky passes as Palarca. I'm hoping Griffen is better than both.

Kai and Cassaday haven't helped us a bit and I know Coach Nagy is going to let them hear about it at the half. If you are a player on this team who do you look for to lead you? Clint Sargent in the first half tonight. I'm hoping Kai will step up this half, that's what we need from him.

Tonight is another case where the team seems to play some good defense, and work their way back into the game but then have those 2 possessions in a row where the opponent exerts their will and gets a couple of quick scores to extend the lead again.

The layup and turnover on inbounds after they cut it to 6 just hurts.

I really was waiting last year for Clint to have that one game to set him off. I'm impressed with his shooting the last couple games. Seems he is more confident in his shot this year.

I hyped Casey up last year/this summer when someone asked how he was going to be as a point. He doesn't seem as quick this year as he was 2 years ago and his shot looks different (I didn't think he used to shoot with his hands above his head--used to be more in front). Maybe I'm wrong and just smoking some stuff.

Agreed the PG play has been sketchy. I think Casey has handled the pressure better tonight. This is a tough game for Palarca to make his season debut. He'll get much better.

I don't believe Griffen will play much 1, so shouldn't affect the PG play when he is eligible. To be honest, I think Sargent is our best PG as far as taking care of the ball, but you just can't play him there regularly.

I thought Grif played some point. Sargent can't be expected to play point. We need him at SG.

Sanders is way better on defense than anyone we've seen in a while. It would be nice to have a guy like that (captain obvious here).

I don't think Casey is the answer at point, never have, I'll be very happy if and when he proves me wrong, very happy. Don't get me wrong, I don't think Palarca is either. I do know that Coach Nagy will do his best with what he has.

We really need Kai to show up.

Their feed keeps cutting out on me. i guess thats what i get for watching a free video feed. I like some things i am seeing somethings not so good but could be worse but if we play a little better we are more in this then we are. go STATE.
