One thing it shows is that Ben Beran will be an impact player next year.

It also makes me wonder why so many of you seem to be ready to say goodbye to Matt Cadwell when it is very clear from this list we have had, and continue to have, a bunch of folks that can not play D1 basketball.

That discussion is on another thread and has only been a rumor! I would say that there isn't a single SDSU fan that would like to see Matt Cadwell leave! It would be a shame for us and for him because things are looking much more positive for next year.

We need him back and playing at the level he expects out of himself!

One of the things I found interesting is how much improved our team will be next year with the addition of two players who can block shots. We didn't have anybody this year, besides Engen, who could contest any shots inside the lane.
The way I see it, next year we will have 4 starters who could average in double figures. Beran 10-12 ppg, Cadwell 12-15 ppg (fingers crossed), Callahan 10-12 ppg, and Kai 12-15 ppg. Berte should also be able to be a 8 ppg, 8 rpg player.
