Scroll to the bottom of the page. You'll notice some rather innocuous words seperated by a small line. It should show "Site Map/Contact Us/News Feed (RSS)/Privacy & Terms". Click on the "contact us" and it will bring up the complaint or question form. You need to be logged in under your purchase name. Use the drop down box to bring up the "billing" subject heading and post your refund request. That's what I did. No response so far. hope that helps.

I believe Nagy said pregame that Cassaday has a knee injury, needs surgery and probably will seek a medical redshirt for this year.
