This would be a HUGE win as we also recruit against these guys and the MVC has gained at well deserved outstanding reputation.

Would be big not only for SDSU but for the Summit League as well . . . I'm guessing that the SL hasn't had overwhelming success against the Valley recently . . .

Excluding the three new teams, the Summitt appears to have some solid basketball programs with good traditions. Its a good L for us to be in.

Callahan makes two FTs. Jacks 54-47 ... about 1:30 to go ... UNI misses a three ... Jacks rebound ... foul ... will shoot two with 1:34 to play. Palarka (sp?) is shooting ... made first (whew) ... made second ... 56-47.

I was kind of surprised to see that UNI was picked 7th preseason in the MVC. They usually are up near the top.
