Just a guess on the starters:
1 - Palarca
2 - Callahan
3 - Williams
4 - Beran or Loney
5 - Berte
Top reserve: Sargent
Others are likely to see substantial playing time, including Bassett, Engren, Cordova and, depending on the redshirt situation, Casey, Moss and Cassaday.
That leaves Wipf, Tivis and DeBoer battling for the remaining minutes.
I look forward to seeing who the starters really are and what the player rotation really is.

Just one comment (IMHO)...Ben Beran will be starting...move the others around any way you want.
If I am not mistaken the game against DWU is pre-season and redshirts can play so I would expect that the freshman and Casey would get alot of playing time to see if they need a redshirt or not.....
The two starting lineups I have heard are like this
PG- Palarca
SG- Callahan
SF- Kai
PF- Beran
C- Berte
PG- Callahan
SG- Sergent
SF- Kai
PF- Beran
C- Berte
I would guess both would be used at times depending on how they match up against the opposition

Good post JB...I think you are right about the redshirts and that is a good point.
PG: Callahan or Palarca
SG: Sargent
SF: Kai
SF: Beran
C: Berte
Don't be surprised if you see Sargent playing PG this year as well. I think the top two freshman of this class are definitely Sargent and Cassady, after those two the redshirt could be thrown on anyone.
Sargent will 100% guaranteed not be redshirting. Cassady, possibly, depending on how comfortable Coach Nagy is with the depth at the 3. If Callahan is a clear cut favorite at the 3 behind Kai, I think he will play, if a couple other reserves are close, I could see a redshirt possibly.
For $50 you can buy the Summit TV pass for the season that has all the mens and womens games for the season. I'm watching the women's game right now and its pretty decent quality.
