I believe that to be the case as well. Tommies finish at home and Jacks go on the road for the final 2. Advantage to STU.

The Tommies also have the tiebreaker if NDSU finishes #4. Jacks would have the tiebreaker if USD wins in Fargo.

FB&T fans definitely helped the team move past the Roos.

FWIW, Hendo referred to the injury as a knee sprain, but Zim adds the caveat that while Hendo "said he hoped for good news, seemed prepared for the worst"

Hendo made it a point to say in his presser that there was some contact involved in the injury, so maybe there's a glimmer of hope. But it definitely didn't look good.

Hendo said in the immediate post game that the initial thinking was sprained knee. I know that could change on further evaluation of course. I am hoping that holds true obviously. Young Mr. Larson has had a remarkable freshman season. Let's hope there are more games left to be played for him.

Hendo didn't break any news on Owen during the Coach's Show. Doing testing tomorrow. Says he's hopeful that he can play yet this season, but also said that he's an optimistic guy.

Zimmer tweet today says "no official diagnosis" on Owen. That seems odd. I think the MRI was today. Hendo said they aren't expecting him this week but no word on if he'll play after that.

Hendo usually has his news conference on Tuesday morning, I'm guessing that's where Zimmer got his info. Could be that the tests aren't being done til this afternoon, or haven't been read yet.

per podcast, Zimmer doesn't know if he tore his acl but thinks he did. notes sdsu is among the more secretive schools as far as injury reports, etc

The longer we go without hearing anything, it is probably less likely that it will be positive news,
