Miss Garry's toughness, defense and leadership. Cluff is the best player on the team, Garry is the most important.
We win if Garry plays tonight.

i DEFINITELY believe we missed Garry on D, but at the same time, I thought Jackson looked tough on D. but I do think the defensive end was the difference. last time we held them to 62 and tonight they had 77. our score last time was 72 and tonight 68. defense was the difference
the stats dont really look WAY different, but in Fargo it felt like Moni had a tough game and tonight it kinda felt like he could not miss, even though the boxscore shows that was not true. but every time they needed a shot someone made a play. i feel like Garry is a guy who makes a big defensive stand in those moments and we did not have it tonight
Moni hit a couple huge 3s and threw in a big shot basically underhand from a well guarded position
White had a big 5 point run after we cut it to 3. he also threw in a crazy shot from well guarded position
Miller hit at least 2 big 3s after to stop mini runs
and T Miller hit several big shots
I disagree with the idea that NDSU is not good. they might not be great, but they have multiple guys that are VERY VERY capable of making plays and they are a good team

Hendo has a couple games to adjust to his absence, I trust him to figure it out.
This team will have a very tough time winning the SLT as the 3 seed if they can keep that position. Omaha is in pole position for the tourney bid as they are fine with st thomas winning both SL and SLT titles.

We have a reliable post. Good for a double-double a night plus. And the rest is relying on three-point shooting. Just not enough to be consistent enough to contend for a conference title. Not enough pieces. The UND loss is the inexcusable thing though.Grumbling along and embracing my role. If I didn't care, I wouldn't care. Go Jacks!

It's a learning experience for these young guys. NDSU got very lucky on some bounces and it won them the game. 3 games in 3 days may too much, but I have no doubt we beat NDSU if we play them in Sioux Falls.

Gladly eat crow if they do, but this year's NDSU team doesn't scare me at all like past teams.
