The yotes have become known for the full court pressure. They have averaged 18+ turnovers in their 4 game win streak. The Jackrabbit guards can advance the ball well if they do not get too leisurely on passes. Omaha exposed that Thursday at the end of the first half. USD is still missing a strong post presence. Cluff & Wilkinson should rule the paint. The ball handling by the guards will be needed for the win. Go Jacks!!

USD playing with way more momentum the last week or two. Expecting a less dominant game than we saw in Brookings but still think we can win if we take care of the ball and hit 3's. Our defense is coming along and will be the main key to winning.
Main thing is that with Omaha's loss last night, this game becomes even more key for a conference title and seeding.

Lose today and a lot of the gains from beating St.Thomas and Omaha are lost. Would still probably end up with the 3 seed, but getting the 2 and not having to play on Friday is a big advantage. We cannot dig ourselves in a hole to start the game like some other road games.

2. If St Thomas wins the conference tourney, the highest seeded regular season team takes their spot in the NCAA tourney making today’s stakes even higher.
