GDT: SDSU vs EWU 6pm FB&T Arena SLN

The Eagles were the regular season BSC champions last year. This year they are preseason media #6 & coaches #9. EWU is currntly 2-7 with losses to Colorado, Missouri, Cal Poly, Wash St, Cal Baptist, Utah, & UC Santa Barbara. They won the first Big Sky/Summit game against the FHawks. It appears to be a 4 guard lineup. They are averaging 5 fewer boards than opponents. The 3pt shooting is 34.5%. The Eagles shoot 5 fewer FTs/game than opponents. They are 0-5 on the road coming into FB&T which looks positive for the Jackrabbits. Who knows about Oscar's availability? This could be another growth game for the backup posts. Go Jacks!!

You're right. The links on gojacks (at least the one under the little schedule thing at the top of the page and the link on the game article) send you to the Summit League page on MidcoSportsPlus and not the actual SDSU v EWU game link.

BS foul call on Larson, EWU player jumped directly into him while shooting. Larson was actually retreating at the time.

I really missed the pep band last night. It was fairly solid night for the team until the 2nd half letdown with some reserves on the floor. The rebounding edge was huge for the Jackrabbits. 3pt shooting was dismal for both teams, but SDSU had 16 more offensive boards to help with 23-0 2nd chance points. The next game is another challenge traveling to Nevada Wolfpack.

They really struggled against the zone in the second half when the outside shots weren't falling.Need to post someone up at the free throw line and move the ball in and out instead of around the perimeter.
