The Bears came up short in OT against Boston College to enter the 3rd place game. They are preseason choice to finish 11th in the MVC. They are 4-2 with the best win possibly the 2OT game win over Tulsa. It would be great if the Jackrabbit basketball team can get the win to match the Jackrabbit football win over the Bears.. Go Jacks!!

If the Jacks continue to improve and play well through the conference schedule, this may be Hendo's best coaching effort. I suspect we should enjoy the time he is here, before bigger opportunities come calling.

I was looking at the stats. 20 assists is a big number compared to the 8 for the Bears. This team is ideal for Hendo in the sharing. This is a team with 2 freshman starters and 3-4 freshmen off the bench. 52% from the field and 85% from the charity make for a great stat line to meld into those assists. 2024-25 season has promise for the MBB.

What a deep, talented and fun team! Oscar Cluff is really valuable. I'm sure glad he became a Jackrabbit.

I agree with "Jacked_Up" that Cluff is really valuable! He is getting very little credit for leading this team every game. I love the way he plays and dominates underneath (and finds the open guy for an assist when he doesn't have a shot). I'm super excited with our freshmen and redshirt freshmen and I was glad to see the assists tonight as we have a lot of young shooters but sometimes they need to make a pass instead of a bad shot. That comes with experience and they will figure that out and be pretty damn tough in the Summit. We have a bright present and a really bright future.
