Boise St is the preseason favorite to win the MWC. They are currently 4-1 with the loss to San Francisco. They pounded Oakland & Corban. There are also wins over Hampton and Clemson. HC Leon Rice is in the 13th year as the Bronco leader. He has won a number of MWC regular season titles in 13 years. They also bring the preseason MVP 6'8" Tyson Degenhart . The Broncos will be a step up from the Dukes with 51% FG average. The Jackrabbits may need to reduce the turnover numbers today and win the rebounding again. This is a game to add a big win to the resume for the Jackrabbits. Go Jacks!!

Story of the game was Boise making 12 3's

That's not what Boise normally wants to do so credit to them for making them

Growth. That was a growth moment and a growth game for the team. It doesn’t matter if those free throws are shot in a high school gym in November or during the SLT Tournament. Not an easy task for a true Freshman. I bet next time 2 go down. This team is fun to watch. That was a top 50 team they just took to the wire. There are going to be more ups and downs. Get’em ready for March Hendo!

Sucks to lose but plenty to be optimistic about. Boise should be a tournament team so no shame in losing to them. Hopefully the Jacks can finish out strong at the Cayman Islands.

It is a bummer to lose this game. Only 6 turnovers and even on rebounds was a great game. They just needed 80% FT shooting instead of 72%. The Broncos also shot over 10% better from 3pt. Tough loss

I looked at that Caymen bracket last week and thought getting out of there with a 2-1 record would be good. That's still achievable. Boise St. is a really good team.

That was a really good game between two good teams. So pleased with the way this team is playing! The fight, grit, and togetherness is very refreshing to see. Going to be fun all year long!

Stings a bit the way they lost. Owen Larson played a helliuva game! Another game for him against a quality opponent without a turnover! Sayler, Cluff, and Garry were all solid! FT's were the difference.

Get a W today and then hit the beach!
