Did not see Andrell Burton on the bench last night even though he was in pictures around Rapid City, but assume plan is to redshirt him anyway. Sounds like Lindsey is about ready to play by the Holiday Tournament.
Saw Burton warming up before the Pentagon game, and he definitely looked athletic and had a nice touch from outside. But he looked like he really could use a year in the weight room.

Beer sales were very strong, ran out of 3-4 beers by halftime. Next time they will be ready.

He didn't say how realistic his hope for more games in Rapid City could be. Having Timmer on a team playing at the Monument would certainly create excitement for Timmer, her family, and her friends back home. It should be good for ticket sales too. There was definitely extra applause last night when Joe Saylor was introduced. White River appeared to be well represented.

        Let's hope it happens.

To be fair, they are likely to be in discussion with usd for a similar situation for the coyotes and their fans for future seasons too. There were a few coyote alumni in attendance in Rapid City last night.

I am pretty certain that their are enough open dates at Summit Arena to allot a date for each school. The tough part could be finding opponents willing to travel to Rapid City.

I think USD did this a few years ago with their women's team and I thought I heard the turnout was poor. I agree though - maybe a game with Colorado or another P4 school out there for the women would be fun. Especially with Saylor, it'd be great to see the men do this again. They got to see Mt. Rushmore, Ellsworth, etc. and it looked like they involved the community well in some of the in game promotions last night. Had to have taken a lot of planning but great to involve that part of the state.

Tough night for the Jacks on both ends. Didn't shoot well, and didn't defend well.

I like what I'm seeing out of Hadnot...he's got a high ceiling. Also Jackson...those 2 together bring some really good athleticism to the squad.
