The Jackrabbits will meet the 7-2 Cougs at a neutral site 75 miles north of Pullman. WSU plays games annually in Spokane which may be considered to equal the Pentagon in Sioux Falls for SDSU. It will be the first meeting between the 2 programs. WSU pounded Idaho last month 109-60. The Jackrabbits will definitely need to locate their defense as WSU averages 80 points. WSU averages 8.6 boards(40.4/game) more than their opponents and 12 of those rebounds are on the offensive side. They also have 5.5 blocks/game. WSU has 3 players 6'10" or taller in the rotation. They have at least 3 transfers who have been in the starting rotation. They have 5 international players not including the Canadian. There are 10 players averaging double digit minutes. Today is an illustration of mirror scheduling with a football game thrown into the mix. The Jackrabbit MBB needs to bounce back after the subpar performance in Moscow. Today should be another performance that is positive. Go Jacks!!

Who watched this game? I find that Arians played 15 minutes. Was it a team that some one else was better in rotation?Best to remember these are kids and they are doing everything they can to entertain us, be scholars, and all in all be great humans. Jackedforlife

Mayo played his way into those minutes in both halves. He was outstanding all around and gave us a huge scoring boost, especially in the first half. Easley also was great down the stretch and it would've been hard to take either out in crunch time.
