1 seed vs 8 seed should pose no problems. Maybe....Last year the Leathernecks gave the yotes all they wanted in the first round game. A full house at the Denny should give Jackrabbits all the adrenaline necessary to get a quick jump out the gate. If the Jackrabbits focus on this game, the final score should not be close enough for an overtime chance for WIU. Go Jacks!!

Daum scored 33 of our 66 but I say game ball goes to Brandon Key. He had 3 layups in crunch time that saved us IMO.

Filbert was none too happy with some of the refs call tonight.

Key was the key.... Without him stepping up Jenkins may have missed 30 shots. He fired up the crowd too. Sure has come a long way from the high speed turnover days!

Hopefully this was a wake up call for the whole team. That won’t work Monday.
