May as well have a game day thread. The game is underway, knotted at 16 with 13:30 on the clock in the first half.

I'm surprised at the empty seats...guess its about a 75-80% capacity crowd. Not bad but I wondered if it would be full.

You won’t find a more entertaining game so far (unless you’re one of those weird defensive junkies). You can tell both teams are riled up for this one. Who’s going to settle in best for the long haul?

SDSU outplaying them, but keeping them in the game with dumb turnovers and missed free throws.

They're playing our style right now which is good.

Interesting move by USD just before that foul: they doubled on Daum not with the closest defender, but with the guy guarding Key. Smart to double off the non-shooter.

What does the PA announcer yell every time the Jacks miss a free throw ? Talk about bush league.

Big body contact on our offensive end: No call. Literally no contact at all on two consecutive possesions, four free throws for USD.

The half is on coach, what we came out with was not an intelligent game plan. Time to make an adjustment and at least threaten a post up game. USD is not that stout down low.
