GDT: Cowboys vs Jackrabbits in the Cayman Islands

Wyoming is pegged 7th in the 11 team Mountain West. They play the other SDSU on a regular basis. They come in 2-0 with victories over Chattanooga and Oregon State. The Cowboys finished 24-15 in 2016-17 with an early season win over the Jackrabbits. The Cowboys have a slight size advantage which could push a few shots to the outside again. The Jackrabbits can start this Thanksgiving week on a positive note by getting the early season victory over the Cowboys. Go Jacks!!

$30 is pretty high. I just signed up for a month of Flowrestling for $12 to catch the UM match. Adding this on top for mid-day games is too much. The radio will have to do here.

There is a better option than FloHoops. Go to this link, which is the actual website for the Cayman Islands Classic:

They are streaming the first game for free, then you need a subscription after that. Below the stream there's a schedule, just click Sign Up there. It's through CBS college sports live, which is only $9.95 per month. Don't forget to cancel it after a month though.

Kind of crazy how the gojacks website directs you to flohoops when this option is available and much better. Hopefully a bunch of people don't sign up for it.

SDSU probably makes a little money when people sign up via the FloHoops link on GoJacks.com. Not so with CBS College Sports Live.

FYI, I couldn't get it to pull up on Google Chrome, but it works fine on Firefox.

Also, the camera angles are high school basketball level. Going to be painful to watch.

FYI, you can listen to Tyler Merriam on 570 WNAX's online stream and it's only about a second faster than the video. Much better commentating than the stream.

Both teams seem to be in a hurry to get to the beach, as sounds like it was the case in game 1. Winning in these deals is probably as much about tuning out distractions as anything else.

Lol... Wyoming up to 7 teams fouls with 16 minutes left in the 2nd half (compared to 1 for SDSU... Wyoming isn't too happy). If we can make free throws, we should be in good shape.
