Head Coach Matt Margenthaler: Now in his third season as head coach at Minnesota State is Matt Margenthaler. The 10th coach in MSU school history owns a career record of 36-33 (.522).
An assistant coach at South Dakota State for six seasons, Margenthaler (pronounced MAR-gun-thay-lur) helped the Jackrabbits to a 135-39 (.775) record, three NCC championships and four NCAA Division II postseason tournament appearances. Margenthaler is a 1991 graduate of Western Illinois where he was an academic all-conference selection in his senior season.
