Any idea if tonight's games going to have a video feed? I started up the monthly subscription with Sidearm Sports and would love to use it to get a look at the new SDSU team tonight.

It's great to have basketball back!

Unfortunately not according to the website. Not sure why - you would think they could use the exhibition games to work the kinks out of the system before things start for real, plus create some buzz for the season.

      Thoughts after first half:
Daum- yeah, he's kind of good
Tellinghuisen- looks really good. Smooth on offense, scrappy and rebounding well on defense
Hess/Orris- not much to see here yet. Think Hess will be good. Orris not a threat to even look to score
Flatten- looks to not be as explosive as in the past. Still getting used to playing again maybe
King- starting, active like last year . Not much offensively yet
Howell- hasn't seen a drive he doesn't like....
wallace- athletic, handles point well. Looks better than Orris to me
Severyn- just looks out of sink. Not good offensively, having him guard the post which isn't looking good.
Thiesen/Dykman- at least at this point have absolutely no role on this team. Have't had their sweats off yet

Very different team/style this year. Went from controlled offense to up tempo. Lots of silly turnovers and out of control play. Looks like we will be a small ball/perimeter style team with Daum as the offensive focus.

According to the radio broadcast Theisen has had a bad ankle.

                53-48

Tyler mentioned early that part of turnover problem is probably due to Gentry being out (bad back). Apparently he has been getting most of the first team minutes in practice.

We are shooting 50% from the field but they have 15 more shot attempts.

Mines picked 13th in RMAC, so this doesn't sound very impressive even though it's an exhibition. Update?

21 points sounds better. Hopefully they went really deep on the bench and wore the 'Rockers down.

Actually Daum and Tellinghuisen wore them down...

Daum had 27 points in 21 minutes. Telly with 23 and 11 boards.

Was that 80s boy band called "In Sink"?
