All the guys listed would come for way less than that! If we could do that we should have done it 3 years ago. Don't over compensate, we have the highest paid coach in the State right now.

Someone with more than momentary success and also some connection to the program. I like the qualities of a guy like Billiter. Or the MSU Moorehead coach. Winning in Moorehead is an achievement. But let's see lasting success. The name that sticks out - Margenthaler.
