We were a tad grimey last night.

After the game where Bittle lost part of his tooth Nagy used that term. Sure he was super pumped about the toughness last night.

That's just CSU players, also one of the CSU coach. Nothing from SDSU

I'm going to point out the obvious first....
Team played with an edge last night.
        George was great.
30 second shot clock over the 35 second clock any day of the week.

Last night we may have got a look at the 2015-16 Rabbits offense without Cody. Everything Cody has done for the program will be difficult to replace especially on defense and the boards.

Long flights and a quick turn around for both teams tomorrow night. Hopefully the Rabbits will have their legs after a physical game last night.

        Go Rabbits!

I thought it was interesting how few post touches the Jacks had, seems like the game plan was to rely on the guards and they certainly came through. Great job players and coaches!

The most frustrating part about this huge win is that even "jacks fans" that didn't watch the game have said "yeah, it looks like CSU didn't show up since they were mad about not getting in the tournament". I'm sure this is fueled by the media's take on it, but it is very frustrating.

Some of the game plan may have been adjusting to the 30 second clock. Normally the Jackrabbits average 54.4 shots per game. Last night there was 67 shots attempted. The season average for made field goals is 45.5%. Last night was 44.8%. The Jackrabbits were about 4% better on 3's and it appears that half of the extra shots were from 3 point line. The game plan must have revolved some around the shot clock and I would agree that it was good.

Makes their team sound like a bunch of pouty five year olds doesn't it. Making excuses for losing never did sit well with me, I wouldn't want a team who can't roll with the punches and come out fighting, like our Jacks did.

I watched the post game video and I saw three guys really down and feeling bad. What would you do in a situation like this? I don't think you would be pumping a fist and shouting GoJacks. Apparently JJ did not feel like commenting and I think he is entitled to his feelings. After all he is less than 25 years old.

Couldn't agree more. It would've been nice if Dino Gaudio (sp) could've had one positive take about the team that WON the game. Nagy summed it up best when he said we were also very disappointed. Maybe if some of these studio guys would take a few moments and watch something other than the Power Five they would understand that the loss SDSU suffered a week ago Tuesday wasn't a "easy" loss to take against our biggest rival.

                      Go Rabbits!

Today's 14-3 upsets make it hurt even more that the Jacks could not make ONE MORE SHOT against NDSU and get to the NCAA's. It could have very well been them knocking off a 3-seed today with the way they were shooting last night. Marshall and Parks are they types of streaky players from which upsets are made. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing what they can do next year together. There won't be any of this "three different seasons" stuff. Just a bunch of returning starters ready to go to work with very high goals and expectations.

                          THIS!!!!!!!

The Jacks are on a very positive trajectory and should have a very strong team next year. These guys need to commit to working hard in the offseason to get bigger, stronger, faster, and work on their games. They have an opportunity to become a special team.

Not done this year though! Let's roll this thing to MSG!

I just watched the replay of this game on ESPN3. The Rams were a chippy bunch. JJ Avila and Larsen almost came to blows as did Horstman and that guy he got tangled up with. A wild bunch. The shoes are hard on the eyes.
