We have a mirror-scheduling flashback tonight with the men at WIU and women at Omaha. Both games tip at 7:00. It's too bad one could not play tomorrow.
WIU has lost eight of their last nine games and took a 31-point beating from the Jacks in Frost a month ago. They are 3-3 at home, including a win over FW. Offensively-challenged WIU has not scored 70 points since early January.
Covington is the kind of player that could get hot and give you some trouble. I think this one will be more about the Jacks, however. Is there a post-NDSU hangover? Will they come out sharp and playing with some urgency? I'd love to see Larson have a much better shooting game tonight. It's so much easier to get a win when his offensive game is rolling.
