He didn't have a good day yesterday. Theisen just needs to come in and provide a few minutes of decent defense and rebounding without turning the ball over. He doesn't need to worry about providing offense. It would be interesting to know what the coaching staff is thinking about the post play for next year - are they willing to go with Theisen and Devine or are they trying to bring in a Juco or someone else who could contribute right away.

I think based on what we have seen would not be surprised if coaching isn't considering Juco options. Theisen isn't playing well and Devine still isn't seeing the floor. Doyle wasn't even in uniform and Daum seems more perimeter even at 6'9. Don't want to waste the good guards we will have next year.

Has anyone viewed the post game press conference? If you have that link, it would be great to share. It is not on Argus site. Thanks.

Theisen is a true freshman. I think he's got the potential to be good. He's improved, overall, since the start of the season and kept Devine on the bench. The Jacks picked up a verbal the other day from a 6-7 high schooler from Nebraska, but he's probably a perimeter player. With only two seniors on this year's team, I assume the Jacks only have one more scholly available for next season.
              This space for lease.

Theisen has been doing more than a respectable job spelling Larson the 2nd half of this season. Sure, he didn't have a good game yesterday, but most true freshman post would consistently have bad games in his position. He's only going to be better and I'm not concerned about the future of our post position.

Do you happen to remember the name of the verbal ? I hadn't heard that someone had commited.

Adam Dykman (6'7" 205lbs, Fremont, NE). Video and articles are in the 2015 recruiting thread.

I agree Theisen has potential and yesterday, Warner made a fool out of him a time or two, but like you say one bad game. A real Randy Quaid look a like. Nearly every game I seen him in, I can not help but recall Christmas Lampoon, and Cousin Eddie.

Werner was garbage yesterday. At some point, quit trying to be funny. It isn't working.

Definitely one of the Quaid bunch, and that's meant to be a compliment. Sorry Jack1, that you have no sense of humor.
