And likewise on your win at Oral Roberts. Its going to be a tough game in Vermillion, as always. Hopefully we will already have one of the top 2 seeds wrapped up by then. But no need to worry about that till the time comes. We have 2 games before that. I wouldnt be shocked to see you win the last 3 games, all at home. Maybe a 3 seed for the Yotes?

I'm honestly just glad that I don't have to watch that Bison team more than a couple times a year. I could not stand to watch that offense consistently.

Its hard to deny that the NDSU offense does not work. Exploiting what you have namely LA is a big part of it. I think Nagy did that a great deal when we had Nate Wolters. How else do you explain a 50 pt performance against IPFW?

I'm not arguing about whether or not their offense works. It just sucks to watch, even when its effective.

Really good win. Cody dominated inside, even though his shots weren't falling. The Bison defense keyed on him.

Apparently Kory Brown is the first player in the history of college basketball to be slowed by injury, and that hurt the Bison against the Jacks. Anyway, that's how some Bison fans appear to see the situation. Sorry, Jake Bittle, Zach Horstmann and other Jacks who have suffered injuries this season, you apparently don't count. I hope the Jacks and Bison meet again in the Summit tourney. The Jacks are in their heads now.

I believe in sheading the yellow and blue glasses and give credit where it is due, bison this and bison that.

My favorite play of the game had to be when Dexter Warner gathered up every ounce of leaping ability he has to go up for a dunk and got completely stuffed. At the time I thought Bittle got it , but it appears Cody got credit for the block.

Most of Cody's offensive points yesterday from PNRs, transition, or put backs. He did not do well on traditional post-ups. There just wasn't much space down there, and he forced quite a few bad shots (and some good ones that just didn't fall). He still played great defensively, but I think his biggest contribution yesterday was on the boards. That (and the 3 pt line) was where we won the game.

Reminds me of the Brad Solderberg coached SDSU teams in the mid 90's. It was effective in that they won a lot of games - but holy crap it was boring to watch.

The Bison offense is an excellent example of why they need to lower the shot clock.

                            This. 30 second shot clock.

Marshall drilling a three over the top of a laying-on-the-floor Kory Brown was pretty awesome too. That might have been the first SDSU basket.

Theisen doesn't seem to have any more athletic ability than Dexter. He is really hard to watch at times.Hope he improves.
