    Re: IPFW

Parks has hit 3 threes in the last 30 seconds. IPFW then turns it over.

:27 seconds left. Horstman misses a 3; He shouldn't be shooting threes.

    IPFW rebound and fouled.

    80-74 IPFW.

No shocker tonight. FW is coming on strong. They'll be a factor in the rest of the conference race and Sioux Falls. This really raises the stakes for Saturday.

A little cheerful news.: NDSU is losing to Omaha at half in Fargo. Yes, that Omaha.

        Re: IPFW

        Final: IPFW 84, SDSU 74.

Jacks shot 49%, but gave up 50% to IPFW. IPFW also was 9-19 from three. Just really poor defense from the Jacks. IPFW had too many open looks.

Parks had 24 points and 7 rebounds, Bittle had 18 and Larson had 16. Forbes had 23 points for IPFW.

Total bench contribution: 5 rebounds, 1 assist, 4 turnovers, 4 points.

        FT comparison -- IPFW: 23-27, SDSU: 7-11.

Jacks (17-8, 8-3) are at IUPUI on Saturday.

IPFW (12-11, 5-5) host ORU on Saturday.

Horstman explained it well, they were not talking to each other on defense. .. And Nagy does not care about offense. that does not win games.

Figured this game would be a loss. ORU beat IUPUI on the road. I expect a "W" in Indy. The defense better show up unlike tonight. 82 points is WAY to many.

According to the box score it was 19 fouls to 16 fouls so not much difference. They must have been shooting everytime we fouled them

Our defense was no where to be found and we gave the one and one very early. The opponent pct was 50 per cent. What has it been 30-38 pct. We lucky that we lost by only ten.
