That's the site linked on gojacks.com, from what I can see.

50-45 Jacks w/ 11:18 remaining. Both teams playing sluggish. Jacks shooting 27% in the 2nd half.

I blame the D-line scheme for this.

                  SDSU 63-55....3:48 left
DWU has some players...perhaps not surprising. DWU has been a good basketball school.

I think the last time we played these guys close in an exhibition we a mini-meltdown on the board. So we got that going for us....which is nice.

                        79-72 Jacks. Final.

DWU had the Jacks lead down to 1 w/ under 2 minutes to play, but Parks really took over after that and steadied the team with his drives and free throws. Nice to see considering Parks was not shooting well for most of the game.

This game will do a ton more for the team than a blow out.

DWU at times had 5 seniors on the court and Voss is an All-American who would be a nice (though undersized at 6'7") post in the Summit. Great learning experience for the many young players we put on the court.

What made it more of a game than it should was that Jacks shot pretty poor from the field and the free throw line. And it wasn't like we were settling for jump shots. I heard Tyler say "[insert SDSU player name] can't finish" way too often.

I've listened to and watched Nagy coached teams for nearly 20 years. I am never surprised to see them come out tight and under perform in early season games. Still frustrates me but no longer surprises me.

This season is as uncertain as any. Won't be terrible, could be good and maybe even great. Odds are the Jacks will be somewhere in the mix. Who will be the floor leader and the locker room leader?

On i agree that it's better to have a competitive game. It's also good to hear we're not settling for jump shots.
