Agreed. That might have been the best D we've played all season. Gave up a few easy ones, but that is more than a fair trade with the way we attacked passing lanes, contested shots, and communicated.

Lakes is attempting to whip Leatherneck Nation into a frenzy. Lots of bitching about SDSU being the perennial home team.
The butt-hurt is strong over there. Last I knew tickets were available nationwide. If they want to make it a WIU home game, they have the same opportunity at tickets that we do.
I'd venture to guess our decent 18-11 team would beat their crappy, can't shoot FT's, no offense 10-18 team no matter where they played. Forget UNO, WIU is to me what IPFW is to Filbert.

I think it's hilarious that coaches complain about. It is not SDSUs fault that fans actually go to the conference tournament and make the league money unlike at other places. Also, it isn't in the same town like it was for Oral Roberts and IPFW.

It may have been the refs fault all year when they were 4-10 in conference. It was the refs who beat them in Macomb. The bison must have sent the script over for Molinari to read. It is a fact that there is a lot of blue in the crowd, but you need to find a mirror to talk about the 4-10 conference season that made you a #6 seed and lost to the #3 seed that has more honest answers about the final score. The fouls that were called might have been a result of the grinding defense that WIU employs. They even truly employed the 6th fan or was that 6th man concept last night. That was the refs fault too for hearing the crowd.

I get really tired of the whining from other coaches and fans about the tournament being in SF. And the Denver coach in his first year is already crying about it? Maybe they'll join a 4th new conference in 4 years , next year.
The last 2 years, we were a 2 seed and a 1 seed. So us winning had nothing to do with us actually being good? Western was the 5 seed when we beat them 2 years ago. NDSU the 3 seed last year. Yes, the crowd helps but if the officials are making calls because of the crowd screaming, then they are worse than we thought.
