  • GDT: SDSU vs DSU

It's time for this team to turn things around. That trip to Cali was embarrassing. I expect a win by at least 25 points, less than 11 TO and at least 15 assists. If that Jacks can't put up those numbers against a NAIA team i'm going to consider this another loss. I'm tired of seeing this team play with inconsistency and lack of emotion. They need to start acting and playing like they are a top 3 team in the Summit.

Get up early and leave no doubt!

I'm beginning to feel the notorious NDSU basketball apathy. A good football team is in the playoffs, meanwhile a disappointing basketball team is playing an NAIA school. Wake me when playoffs are over and/or conference basketball has started. Sorry if that makes me less of a fan.

Terrible road trip, followed by a game against a 4-5 NAIA team, makes it difficult to get very excited.

With all the snow and wind and cold, I bet DSU can't wait to get back on the bus and get the heck out of Brookings and back home! Advantage Jacks!

This game is a good opportunity for the Jacks to work out some kinks and get better. A lot of players should get minutes. The final score is irrelevant, as long as the Jacks win and do so without being in significant danger of losing.

My guess is another small crowd with an even smaller student turnout. It seems excitement has not been a part of this team's report. They need to get on the ball tonight and bury Dakota St and play a lot of players. It is better to lose a crowd at halftime by being better than expected rather than worse than expected.

Kind of hard to get excited about watching the Jacks play an NAIA team. I sure wont drive that far to watch it. Plus the weather sucks so that gives me a 2nd excuse to stay at home in front of the fireplace, with a glass of wine.

Did I see Bittle about to enter the game before the last timeout? That would be good news on a night where the play level is only slightly better than the weather!

No, he is not playing tonight. Nagy said they hope to have him back by mid December.

We have a week old baby at home so that's our excuse for not going. Never figured you for a wine type. More of a PBR kind of guy.
