Has anyone selected their seats for the basketball season yet? Just wondering if all of the kinks has been worked out from the football selection process.

I do tend to think that we might be close to that number for BB as well. Its hard to get good seats for single games, though when you arrive for the game, there are many empty seats that belong to season ticket holders. The seating opposite the score table has to be at least 3000 and now more tickets have been sold on the score table side.
There's no way that nearly half of that total is in the north side chairback seats. If I recall correctly, there's about 4-500 in the lower level of the north side, and I'd guess maybe 1,000 in the upper north side for a total of maybe 1,500 on the north side, meaning there's a capacity of maybe around 4,000-4,500 in the bleachers plus the new chairbacks on the south side. (The lower level end line seating is a couple of hundred students maybe at each end if you pack them in at each end).
You can put a LOT of butts on bleachers in the same square footage vs. chairbacks, which is why a Frost with bleachers all the way around could pack 9,200 in but a Frost with chairbacks would be hard-pressed to seat 5,000--if it went to all-chairback seating (unless you get creative with the SE and SW corners and create a 3/4-around continuous upper-deck bowl somehow)."I think we'll be OK"

Re: Season Tickets
The early situation for reserved seats has very few available after season ticket sales. My choices on the 15th were very limited and I know there are a few more people behind me that did not get in row 12, row 13, and row 14,etc in the sections they had been sitting. There was a bump in the donations among individuals and/or corporate that increased sales early. That is the kind of problem every AD would envy. The Jackrabbits should continue to lead attendance in the Summit if the ticket holders fill the seats that are sold. According to the Jack website, there are 83 tickets remaining in the middle 4 sections upper level and 239 left in AA and FF or the 322 that UWMandSDSU had earlier reported. That should be a good base for the home court noise.Best to remember these are kids and they are doing everything they can to entertain us, be scholars, and all in all be great humans. Jackedforlife
