SDSU has its first offer out that I can find for the class of 2015

Dane Kuiper- from Wasilla AK, but has moved to Arizona. Maybe AZ coach knows a little about the guy

Also has offers from Creighton, San Francisco, New Mexico, Oregon State, Northern Arizona and Virginia

This offer has been out to Dane since about the 3rd day of school here. He played with Connor last year as a freshmen and then again with us this year as a sophomore before moving down. Younger brother of one of Connor's teammates and close friends here. Coaches were obviously on him earlier than other programs because of their trips to watch Connor and the couple days of practice they got to watch after getting snowed in a bit!

He's a 6'6" wing, true jump shot, I mean he really elevates, either elite or borderline elite athleticism, really good kid who spends a ton of time working on his game. Potential wise he's on the same level with Alaskan's like Trajan Langdon, Carlos Boozer, and Mario Chalmers. He did sit out some time with back issues, so durability might be a bit of a question, but it he continues to develop his skills, mental and physical toughness need to improve. But he is a kid that could be multiple year Summit Player of the Year if he were to go to SDSU, he could be that good.

That being said, he was an early offer because that's the only shot they probably have. He moved to get exposure and that wouldn't have mattered to be honest. He's also got interest or offers from California, San Diego State, and interest from Florida that I know of.

thanks for the info, I follow a couple of sports guys from arizona on twitter and they mentioned that he was moving and he had a couple of offers (SDSU being one) and then a couple of days later it expanded quite a bit and with higher programs.

Yeah, we put him in front of New Mexico and others 2 years ago on a summer trip, this last summer it was Arizona, San Diego State, and California. If Coach Neal had been the head man at UNM instead of Alford two years ago, they probably offer Connor too, he really like him, Alford wasn't sold. I imagine Dane will be on UCLA's radar soon too, he's got two full years of HS left so, he's a high major talent as of right now. Has to keep working.
