The start is not too great. Jacks up by 1 after the first 4 min. Wolters has 5 of the 8 SDSU points. Fiegen has turned it over a couple of times.

Heemstra has one of his classic fouls in the first :10 he is in the game. Negates a Wolters' 3-pointer. On the next trip down IUPUI makes them use the entire shot clock before Carlson misses.

This feels like a WIU game so far. SDSU has not scored in 3:00. I suppose playing at this pace would not be all bad, considering the opponent on Saturday.

There's another SDSU turnover. Maybe I'll switch back to the womens' game...

It could be worse.... Bison have managed just SIX points in the first 8:30 against WIU. WIU leads 13-6.

Wolters hits a couple FT. Has 7 points. IUPUI clangs up another 3-point miss. They have really chucked up some bricks! Jacks answer by making their 5th 3-pointer.

Dykstra is not afraid to shoot tonight. He is 0-3 from beyond the arc after his last miss. It would be great if he could heat up and build up some confidence going into Saturday. Jacks lead 22-14 but still look sluggish. Getting better though.

WIU 15-12 lead with 7:00.

USD and OU tied at 24 at about 7:00.
