We just played a top 10 team to the wire. Couldnt ask for more. Had we made that 3 with 25 seconds to go, the Pit would have went wild. It didnt happen. But im still proud of the team and cant wait till next year

I'm proud, but this one hurts really bad.
I know they're the number 9 ranked team in the country ... but still. We had this game. That's how good we were this year. We should have freakin' beat Baylor!!

I know people are pumped for next year but you never know what could happen. This year we were there and had it. UGh

Jacks had an off night from the 3 land. Shoot our average, this could have been a W. There were plenty of open 3's and missed 2/3.

With the advantage that Baylor had inside, I'm pleasantly surprised with how close Jacks kept the game.

Griff will be missed!!! BIG CONTRIBUTIONS to this team, this game, and getting here.

this group showed they could play with anyone, were not intimidated, maybe played a little to fast for themselves at times and gave up some uncontrolled turnovers, but they can compete. Baylor can make all the excuses they want why it was so close but it was close because these guys have the desire, smarts, and togetherness to compete as a team. they may not be as athletic as Baylor, but their hearts make up for it. next year will be amazing, they got the taste of tournament blood in their mouths and I bet will work their butts off to get back there again. Jackrabbits, you are loved.

Agreed that Chad White stepped up Big Time tonight?

Kid was cool cucumber. And Callahan got some great love there from the broadcasters at the end. Defines blue collar. Been an honor to have him as a Jackrabbit.

Still, it was there for the taking. If this is a top Big 12 team, Jacks could compete in that conference.

You can't take things for granted. Who knows what happens next year. They will be better but with the conference tournament you never know what could happen.

We should have won the game, plain and simple, if we would have played the way we usually do.

We shot 57% from the FT line and had 13 TO's, some of which were uncontested.

Well dispite the game, we still had the most entertaining season I can remember in a long long time. It was good to have the Jacks back were they belong. Usually I hate saying, wait until next year, but I really think next year we will have a special season.

Proud to be a Jackrabbit today and every day.

Good job guys, we showed the entire country we dont quit. Baylor's talent was unbelieveable, but sure was not hitting on all cylinders. With so much height, this game should not even been this close. I think Charles Barkley said it best that a team like Baylor can not afford to take nights off, they have to show up everynight. Sir Charles does know talent, he did not put us down but did remark about a talent difference between the two teams. It will be interesting to see who Baylor plays next and how they do in that game.
