Is the PAC-12 still considered a Big 6 conference?

That's not for us middy's to figure out!

If UNLV wins the 2nd game tonight, then PAC-12 is home for the year.

        Re: GDT--Baylor

        My keys to the game.....

        1) Jordan Dyskstra is the main one. Other than Oakland, he was single digits in all of our losses. He has to be on from 3 to pull their bigs out of the lane. If he pulls a big out of the lane that clears up more space for Nate on his drives. The offense will take off from there.

        2) Rapid ball movement. We pass the ball like we did against Buffalo and things will be a little bit easier for us.

        3) No hesitancy on shots, almost to the point of taking bad shots. They will get to the ball quickly on the defensive end......we hesitate and we aren't getting many open looks, similar to what I saw against Western Illinois. Take it, have confidence its going down and keep shooting. No one can go into a shell, if they only have to focus on 3 guys on the defensive end we are in trouble. They have to worry about all of us and thats where the rapid ball movement will take over. If we are cold......well, we all know the outcome already if that happens.

        4) Play without fear. We have to go into the game knowing we will be on the wrong end of a poster a few times. It's going to happen, move on and hopefully make them pay in transistion while they are celebrating.

[QUOTE=jackdaniel;201197]The longer we stay close enough to win the game, the more nervous they will become, and the more confident we will be......Go JACKS!!The neon color only enhances our black unis and makes them look even better against the garish (sp?) neon. Go Jacks. Its time to load up that sling slot Jack and slay that giant. Maybe several rocks would be appropriate. Go Jacks.

My plans for tonight are as follows:

            1. Turn on the "Rudy" soundtrack about 5:30 (music from the awesome Dick's Sporting Goods commercial), followed by some Tom Petty. I'm guessing "You Wreck Me" will be played multiple times.

            2. 6:20: Pee in the shower.

            Go JACKS!

I propose, in a show of solidarity, at 6:20 tonight, we all pee in the shower.

What if I did this morning does it still count?

AHH I know. I can't get anything done. I have butterflies in my stomach. I just hope the Jacks don't come out and play scared or nervous. If they come out hot anything can happen. Records mean nothing now.

I wish you guys the best of luck tonight. I remember in 09 the feeling of the game day and the fortunate ability to drive to the game and experience it first hand. Take it all in, it doesn't get any bigger then this.

I will gladly put down my rival wall and will be cheering like hell for SDSU tonight to get a win.

It's early, but #1 Syracuse is currently losing to UNC Asheville. Anything can happen this time of year.

I'm in Pierre at a conference that includes a bunch of other SDSU alums. It's been arranged to have the game on the big projection screen in the main conference room tonight. There will be close to 200 people in there for at least the first hour. Hope the Jacks put on a good show. I think I'll start off somewhere smaller (like Jake's) and see what happens.

It seems like time is going slower and slower. Other people are leaving work they are done so i look at the clock and dang it its not time yet. I really hope the team enjoys this experience no matter the outcome.

I have butterflies too. Just poured a glass of wine. That should help out.
