The Gophers host the Jackrabbits for the seventh year in-a-row Monday night -- 7:00 tipoff at Williams Arena.

Friday, the Gophers opened their season at home with a 70-58 win over Bucknell. Trevor Mbakwe led the Gophers with his 20th career double-double, 17pts. and 10 rebounds.

Jacks should see this as a challenge. From that Gophers analysis:

South Dakota State is a very good team when they have possession of the basketball. However, the Jackrabbits are nearly as bad on defense as they are good offensively.

Religious ed meeting followed by an orchestra concert at 7 pm and then Jacks BB on the radio while the Vikes battle the Packers on ESPN. Should be a good night.

The game can be watched online through the Gopher Athletic website, but obviously that won't be free. I'd check Cubby's to see if they're gonna have the game on, too. If not, get a couple buddy's toghether and throw in $5 and watch the game with some pizza and beer.

The game can be watched on the Big Ten Network as well, but obviously that won't be free. I bet it's not more than $12 for the game or possibly even less. I'd check Cubby's to see if they're gonna have the game on, too. If not, get a couple buddy's toghether and throw in $5 and watch the game with some pizza and beer.

I thought someone on here said that the BTN wasn't airing the game until Wednesday? If it's live, I'll head to Cubby's.
