Anyone can catch and shoot, although some are obviously better than others. I think the team needs someone else, besides Nate, that can create their own shot. No one besides Nate was able to do that last year and it really hurts your offense when the shot clock is running down and there's no where to go. Sargent was great, but he needed a screen or a kickout to get his shot off. I'm hoping one of the new international freshman are able to do this, specifically Francis. He looks like someone that can get to the rim.

I thought Prince looked better at creating shots (more accurately, I thought that Prince's opponents looked generally better than Francis' opponents). Dykstra should be able to create shot opportunities as well, moving in from the baseline.

But being able to collapse defenses is only worth something if you've also got a guy on the outside that can move without the ball and shoot immediately (cf. Pierce & Rondo creating shots or kicking out to wide open Ray Allen). Otherwise the help defense will smother you.
