Must be something wrong with my computer setup, as when I use this link, I get the bleacher report article, but I can't start the slideshow, or advance through the choices, or access the comments. Anybody got any ideas??
Not sure if the link worked for others but here is the bulk of the article.
Most big conference teams like to open their season with a walkover win. Start easy, let the fans get acquainted with the team, allow new teammates to gel under lesser pressure.
After five years at Sienna, new coach Fran McCaffery made his debut for Iowa in November last year with an upsetting loss against Sourth Dakota State.
The main reason? A 6'2" sophomore guard who laid 25 points and dished out nine assists, giving the Hawkeyes their second consecutive loss in a season opener.
That game was a good start for Nate Wolters, who finished the season with averages of 19.5 points and 6.1 assists per game.
Steve Nash had a humble beginning at Santa Clara, and so did Tim Hardaway at Texas El Paso.
The Jackrabbits were young last season and should be mature enough to finish higher than fifth in the Summit League standings.
We are here to add what we can to life, not get what we can from life. -Sir William Osler
We do not see things as they are, we see things as we are.
Impressive, but even more impressive is that he was listed as the 44th best player in all of D1 hoops by Drew Cannon of BasketballProspectus.com (link:http://www.basketballprospectus.com/...articleid=1800). He is listed slightly ahead of Reggie Hamilton, the only other Summit League player on the list (#47; suck it, Oakland. Just kidding. But seriously). Basketball Prospectus is a much more respected site, as BleacherReport is, essentially, a place where anyone can write an article.

ESPN International Basketball Guru Fran Fraschilla was answering some questions via Twitter so I asked him if he know anything on Jackrabbit Samuel Francis from Bulgaria.
His response is below:
My question:
@franfraschilla Hey Fran, do you know anything about SD State's PG Samuel Francis from Bulgaria?
His response:
@jackrabbitden Don't but love Nate W!!! Watched South Dakota State's Nate Wolters on tape this summer and love him. Scoring point guard who could play anywhere!
I though that was pretty cool. Nate's getting some pretty good attention at little ol' South Dakota State. Just imagine how much he will be getting this year and next.
