I was listening to sports radio this morining in the car and the hosts were talking about how Dee Brown broke his foot yesterday in the Chicago Pre-Draft camp and that would probably mean he will come back to Illinois for his Sr. season. They went on to speculate on how that would effect the Missouri vs Illinois non-conference game for this upcoming season. I of course wondered how it would effect our game with the Illini.
I couldn't help but think that it was kind of cool that an event that effects a Big 10 and Big XII school also effects SDSU. It is too bad that Dee Brown got hurt as I think he might have been drafted in the 1st round. If he does come back for his Sr. year it will be a great opportunity for our Jackrabbits to compete with one of the very best is the college game.
