I'd rather not tip off how much we might be willing to spend, in case other bidders somehow find out what we're talking about here. I'm sure that we won't go completely nutso, however.

Knowing how high each interested person would be willing to go pay per seat is helpful in deciding how high we should go overall.

Also, if somebody wants to help "subsidize" the endeavor with a pledge of "venture capital," (i.e. throw some mad money into the kitty, with the understanding that you might not get it all back) that would be neat to know, too.

Snookums and I are discussing *not* catering the suite--we don't know for sure if that's an option, though. Sometimes you have to have a minimum catering level, but we don't know if that applies to the U of M suite. So there may be some buried costs here--emphasis on "may". Hopefully you don't have to cater the suite--it doesn't say it's mandatory on the web site so we're crossing our fingers.

On the U of M web site, it looks to me like suites ("barnlofts&quot start at $2000/game for a 14-seat suite.

A single-game U of M ticket is $30 ($20/ea for groups of 15 or more) according to their web site.

The suite went for 480 bucks. that is pretty weak... cheaper than actual game tickets for the gophers according to the info posted here.

The way people were talking it was going to be over 100 bucks a person, kind of dissapointed we didn't get something organized now that it went so cheap, that would have been awesome.
