Re: Kai Williams Playing Pro In France
Kai is in Bloise on a 10 day tryout this is an English translation from the website....
"
To replace Nikola Vucurovic, the ADA Blois Basket 41 undertook the Anglo Kai Williams (1. 98 m, 22 years). Newly completed his university studies at the University of South Dakota State, there are shows solid stats with 11 7pts 47.7%, 6 9rbs. In its first year, he was a major player in his team better marker, rebondeur and the most skilled player. It was nominated in the best second five Division I independent and among the best beginners Division.
Athletic winger, he who throughout his academic career 17 double-double, finish 7th top scorer in the history of the University and 2nd best rebondeur.
It has brought the Canadian national Jersey 2007 with 19 years with which he fought in Serbia World Championship. It shows strong stars 14 pts, 5 8rbs throughout the tournament whose peaks at 25pts and 11rbs against Argentina 27pt and 12 rbs against South Korea.
As often with the players leaving University, his contract comes with a 10-day trial period. Physical player, with a good relaxation, remaining in advance to long-distance shoot or constancy is still missing. May suggest the need for an adjustment period in the first weeks to discover the European game although experience in international competition of young people have allowed him ' grasp the FIBA basketball.
"Kai is able to provide a profile that we did not have in our current workforce." "Its qualities are different from those of Vucurovic, including athletic player dimension" says Nicolas Faure. Adding: "I think we can expect a true complementarity with the other likely players of scale on the wings are Alao, Recoura or even blot is a 4 position who likes scale offshore"

Re: Kai Williams Playing Pro In France
Thanks for the updates on Kai. I will be interested in following his progress throughout his pro career. Make sure you stop in every couple months or at least a few times a year to update us on his progress. I will want to know and I'm sure many others will too.
Good luck to Kai!Disclaimer: This post may contain assumptions and/or opinions related to Jackrabbit Athletics.
