Oral Roberts leads midway through the second round, with UMKC four shots behind. SDSU still has to finish the second round along with five other teams, but was tied for third with Western Illinois at 13 over par midway through the second round. Play resumes at 8 a.m. today, followed by the final round.

Geoff Mead was tied for sixth with an even par 72 in the first round. Trent Peterson was tied for 13th at a +1 73 and Kyle Vandevoort tied at 15th with a +2 74. No doubt a weather played a factor in the round for the Jacks, who got a later start Monday.

Storms and lots of rain in KC overnight. Still overcast but no rain as of now. I called the Pro Shop at Oakwood and they said they started two hours late and were now playing
