It's another "Summit League Headscratcher".

SDSU gets 6 first place votes to UMKC's 3, but ends up 2nd in the Pre-Season Poll. What that means is at least three coaches voted SDSU at an average of 6th.
Considering SDSU is ranked #84th in the nation by Golfweek and the next closest Summit League member is UMKC at #120th....I don't think so fellas.

Some things never cease to amaze me.

I don't have a problem with where State is ranked in the pre-season. What counts is where they are ranked when the season ends. Let them keep underestimating the Jacks as it only helps them in the end when the Jacks kick everyone's built in seat cushions.

The women struggled in their debut for the Spring. 15th out of 18 teams. Hopefully they can shake that off, and compete for a league title.

I played 9 holes 2 weeks ago. Planning to play Thursday if the weather holds up and I can get crap organized for the weekend trip to Lubbock.
