Men's Golf Trent Peterson - SL Athlete of the Month

I think it is worth metioning that Trent Peterson was named Summit League Men's Athlete of the Month this week. Pretty impressive accomplishment for the senior golfer who has finished runner-up individually in 3 of the 4 tournaments the Jacks have played in this fall.

The GolfStat Cup is awarded annually to the college golfer with the best scoring average and boasts past award winners like Charles Howell, Hunter Mahan and some dude named Tiger Woods. Currently, SDSU senior Trent Peterson is 14th in the rankings and classmate Geoff Mead is 33rd.
