Tough first day in the Desert out in Palm Desert, but finishing 9th and beating teams like Wyoming and U of Arizona, still quite impressive. Lots of golf and travel crammed into 10 days, so I think that had a bit to do with it. Showed what they could do though the 2nd day.
If the Jacks even shot their "average" scores that first day, they place top 5. But, as they say...that's Golf, the best most frustrating game in the world.
