Two Lady Govs sign letters of intent to play at SDSU

PIERRE - Three Lady Govs will be playing college tennis next year and two will be teammates at South Dakota State University.
Emma Wylie and Nellie Bloomberg, who were No. 1 doubles partners and the top-two singles players for Pierre this past fall, have signed their letters of intent to play Division I tennis in Brookings and Mandy Forest will play at the University of Sioux Falls after receiving a partial scholarship, according to Pierre head tennis coach Jeff Bloomberg.
Wylie and Nellie Bloomberg will also have partial athletic scholarships.
For Wylie, the decision of playing for the Jackrabbits, means she will have one year with her sister, Katie Wylie, a senior at SDSU.
"Kate and I are such good friends and it'll be great to be playing together again," Wylie said. "It's always fun to play Wylie-Wylie doubles." . . . (read more)
