Did NDSU and UNI move to FBS, or are they really lacking top talent? The only MVC schools represented in this All-American list are SDSU with 3 players and Southern Illinois with 4.

Since one of these is an O-lineman, does this change some poster's dim view of Jacks O-line prospects?

What would anyone expect? NDSU sucked last year with few returning upperclassmen and UNI lost basically the entire team. I'd bet that both teams will have a few on the list when the season is over sine they're really young.

There's a reason why you see very few young players on All-American lists and why you see "really young" teams put up losing records. If both teams are still "really young", than I doubt you will see very many players on the list at year's end.

Not really for me. I'm sure Meadows will get their butts in gear but I would take 5 experienced dudes that work well together over a 1st Team All-American any day.

Having said that, I think it is awesome that McKnight and the other dudes earned All-American honors. Definitely shows that hard work pays off!

I have to agree, but its a real recognition for Mr. McKnight though also Derek Domino and Kyle Minnett have had impressive careers.
