Former Jacks assistant coach, Trent Baalke is now the acting GM of the 49ers. Interesting little article about him and a reference to Adam Timmerman.

The funniest part of that article is the fact that they classify Baalke as "very quiet". Anyone who played for him or saw him coach while he was at SDSU would probably do a spit take if you tried to classify him as very quiet. Intensity and motivation was never something he struggled with.
