Here is the analysis on the schools they've evaluated thus far...

Wow that is some in-depth stuff! I really doubt how accurate it's going to be but it's worth a shot. With the new digital world everything like this gets easier I suppose to find information on everyone.

I put up the press release from the school. It has everything they're gonna want. Here's the link for everyone: http://www.gojacks.com/ViewArticle.d...B_OEM_ID=15000

Also, I added the press release on the late sign from FloridaL http://www.gojacks.com/ViewArticle.d...B_OEM_ID=15000

We'll have to see what they come up with.

It was a 1 for 1 with a return to GF in 2013. No idea if we would buy out of that or not. I suppose we might if we can get a home game instead.

Tough appears to be our mantra for scheduling

It really doesn't matter anymore but it was definitely not a Full.

Verbals are non-binding contracts. I don't see what the big deal is that he changed his mind. Teenagers do it all the time.

I would much rather talk about the guys we have coming in rather than the ones that aren't or weren't even recruited.
No you are not wrong for defending this young man. I was merely hinting to moving on and letting go of the Sparks name since he did change his mind, which he does have that right. Making chippy remarks about a change in mind does not help anyone. We live in a day of constant change and names quickly get away for the public. How many people remember the details surrounding Chandia Levy? A drastic switch in subject matter, but my point is made by a mention of her name.

Though we might have depth at RB, I think we should still be trying to talk to Shivers. He is too good of an athlete to pass up IMO. If he wants a good education then SDSU will be a good fit for him.

    Two totally different situations

    I think you are.

    Than why don't you.

I am sure that if he fits the system he is on the coach's radar. I will put my faith in our staff and not on all of our "professional" opinions. Although, it is a great way to pass the time.

I did have to go back to Redhead's one post to get Shiver's name. Most of this years crop of recruits names are very unfamiliar, but give them a redshirt year and most names will stay with you for a long time. Some one brought up a name that at one time was household my mind, but has long been forgotten, the name Darrin Bartman, one of our better wide receivers. You need to look at the media guide to see when he played. I cant recall.

I seriously think we should try and see what we can do to get this Anthony Shivers kid here. He is too good to play for U of Mary.
